Branch Service Officer Duties and Responsibilities:

Branch Services Officers perform duties to handling and executing all financial/non-financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and proper procedure while maintaining high service standards.BSO is responsible to perform the following duties below:

Processing of Transactions & Maintains of ATM and Stationery
Responsible for processing of opening new account, maintenance of Customers record, Cheque books, term deposit, payments, clearing, internal & on-line transfers and other general banking transactions, maintain database for reporting/record and assist OM in branch operations.
Reporting of doubtful transactions to the Branch Operations Manager or Manager Teller as and when required.
